Heritage Foundation is a network of experts in central India who are concerned about Heritage education , conservation , preservation of heritage monuments & environment issues as it covers the natural heritage of our country taking along the community which is the biggest assets of any country.

Fifteen years ago, it was registered as an NGO and today we are outreaching to thousands of people in colleges, schools, corporations and institutions in India.

Everyone has eyes but visioning is rare. India is vast land having varieties of culture, traditions, cuisines, craft, arts, music, folk tales, monuments etc. Knowing about them is matter for pride for every Indian. One of the most significant counterparts of India is its Heritage. Heritage in itself describes a lot but to be specific it can be understood as full range of our inherited traditions, monuments, objects, and culture. Most important, it is the range of contemporary activities, meanings, and behaviors that we draw from them. It is more than preserving, excavating, displaying, or restoring a collection of old things. It is both tangible and intangible, in the sense that ideas and memories--of songs, recipes, language, dances, and many other elements of whom we are and how we identify ourselves--are as important as historical buildings and archaeological sites...Read More

India Heritage Quiz

India heritage Quiz is national Quiz organized every year in more than 100 cities covering around 20,000 students nationwide. It is matter of pride that every year Gwalior also organizes this competition with the aim to enhance the knowledge of Heritage among the students.

First Round – Written round of 30 minutes consisting of 20 questions covering National, State, Local heritage.

Second Round – Stage Round for best 5 teams (Highest Scorer) covering Indian culture , Personalities, State Heritage and city Heritage.

Highest Scoring team will represent Gwalior in State Round.
